What does our Printing process look like?

Discovery & Align → Design Board & Graphic Plan → Proofs & Revisions → Production → Install & Onsite Styling → Strike & cleanup.

We ask that files are received at least two weeks prior to the event date to allow time for our team to review, provide proofs for approval, and final production and installation. 

We generally reach out about 3 weeks prior to your event to begin the receipt of your graphic assets, but our team can provide you templates for our products as soon as your contract is committed. Just ask your designer! 

Our creative team creates a visual board and paired proposal that show how graphics, rentals, and décor work together in your specific vision. We’ll present to you recommended moments, areas for additional impact, and options that are available for branding. We like to present everything and anything so that we can see what you react to most and focus on the pieces that makes the biggest impact for your day.

We refine until it feels right for your brand, your goals, and your budget. Need to scale back or swap pieces? We’d rather rebuild the plan than force something that doesn’t fit. Once proofs are approved, we manage production and quality control so everything arrives event-ready. 

NOTE: Graphics are scheduled as part of your overall event timeline, typically engaging more heavily in the final weeks before print and install. Our team will reach out so you know what to expect in terms of timelines for proofing and approvals.

Our creative team installs, styles, and finishes graphics on site so everything feels intentional—not taped, tacked, or improvised in a corner. When doors open, signage is straight, surfaces are clean, and the environment is ready to be photographed from every angle.
